Prāvu izmēru lapiņsēne, kura aug mitrās vietās zem priedēm un eglēm. Bieži sastopama. Lielos daudzumos tā nav ēdama, tomēr mazos daudzumos to var lietot sažāvētu un saberztu pulverī kā garšvielu, kura piešķir ēdienam īpatnēju aromātu.

Sometimes this mushroom can be up to 16 cm wide. Spore powder is pale yellow. This mushroom grows in damp places under pine and spruce from August to October. It is very common in Latvia.
